we started today a bit late too. we had a big breakfast and
some saturday morning tv time before walking down towards appel park at
10.30am. first on the schedule for today was a superduck tour. the boys saw the
vehicle a couple of times yesterday and were excited to know what it was about.
the tour took us around surfer’s paradise before venturing
into the water behind seaworld. the tour lasted more than an hour and by the
time we finished, the boys were famished. we visited a malaysian restaurant for
lunch. and walked back to the apartment after that, stopping by a few shops
here and there to stock up on suveniours.
we went back to drop our purchases, rest a bit and change
for a late afternoon on the beach with the boys. the beach was not as packed as i thought it would be on a saturday afternoon and the boys got
themselves a nice spot to play.
we had a quiet night after having a simple seafood dinner
(fish fingers for the boys and salmon salad for the parents) at home.
