Gold Coast 2014 - Day Ten

finally comes the time for us to bid farewell to our 10 year anniversary holiday. we woke up quite early as we’ve promised the boys for a day out at the beach in south bank. we had a quick breakfast at roma street station next to the hotel and walked to south bank via kurilpa bridge.

we got to the beach about 10am and the boys spent almost 3 hours at the water area.

we had seafood lunch & ice cream dessert at a nearby restaurant before making our way to myer centre.

we took a slow walk back to the hotel through queen street and roma street.

we spent the rest of the afternoon in the room, packing the last bit of items purchased.

we checked out at half passed seven. the airport transfer came around 8pm and we arrived at the airport by 9pm.

the check-in and immigration process was quick and we spent the rest of our time in brisbane in the departure lounge before our midnight flight home.

it was a lovely holiday. the boys absolutely enjoyed themselves visiting theme parks, exploring new cities, introducing themselves to new animals. this is the first holiday we've had without formula, diapers and strollers and Alhamdulillah, it was such a relief!
